Green Hell Motorsports LLC — Terms of Service
Effective date: October 5, 2026
Vehicle Service Authorization
By authorizing an estimate or repair order, you authorize Green Hell Motorsports LLC to perform the requested inspections, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and related services on your vehicle.
Diagnostic & Inspection
Diagnostic and inspection charges are applicable regardless of whether repairs are approved or completed. Time spent diagnosing concerns is billable.
Additional Repairs
No additional repairs or services will be performed without customer authorization unless prior approval has been given.
Minor Additional Items
The customer authorizes Green Hell Motorsports LLC to perform minor additional work and supply necessary materials or components discovered during the authorized service, without obtaining separate approval, up to a total additional charge of $100.00 per repair order.
This may include, but is not limited to, replacement of damaged or missing fasteners, clips, seals, bulbs, small hardware, topping off fluids, shop supplies, and other minor items reasonably necessary to properly complete the authorized service.
Any additional work or charges expected to exceed $100.00 will require customer authorization before proceeding.
Storage
Vehicles not picked up within 7 calendar days after notification of completion may be subject to a storage fee of $50.00 per day, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in writing, Green Hell Motorsports LLC warrants its workmanship for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
• Accidents or collisions
• Customer-supplied parts
• Failures of unrelated components
• Vehicles used for racing, competition, timed events, track days, or any other motorsport activities
Performance & Aftermarket Parts
The installation of aftermarket or performance components may affect factory warranties, emissions compliance, drivability, reliability, or vehicle performance. The customer acknowledges and accepts these risks.
Test Drives
The customer authorizes Green Hell Motorsports LLC to operate the vehicle on public roads and within the shop property for diagnosis, testing, quality control, and verification of repairs.
Personal Property
Green Hell Motorsports LLC is not responsible for personal belongings or valuables left inside the vehicle.
Abandoned Vehicles
Vehicles left unclaimed may be subject to storage fees and other remedies permitted under Texas law.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of repairs unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Green Hell Motorsports LLC reserves the right to retain possession of the vehicle until payment has been received, as permitted by applicable Texas law.
Estimates
Estimates are based on visible conditions and the information available at the time of inspection. Additional issues may be discovered during the repair process and require further authorization before work can continue.
SMS Communications
With your consent, Green Hell Motorsports LLC may send SMS text messages concerning customer inquiries, appointment scheduling and reminders, estimates, vehicle service updates, and pickup notifications.
SMS Consent
You may opt in by providing verbal consent during a phone call after receiving our SMS disclosures, or by initiating a text conversation with us and agreeing to receive related text messages.
Providing your phone number or authorizing a repair order alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.
Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You may communicate with us by phone or email instead.
Message Frequency & Charges
Message frequency varies depending on your inquiries, appointments, and service activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opting Out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS communications. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent through this SMS program unless you opt in again.
